We invite you to take part in a sensitive and moving artistic process that honors their memory through a custom-made work of art.
“From Memory to Art” offers bereaved families a unique gift: a personal artwork that reflects the life, spirit, and story of their loved one.
Each piece is created from shared memories, images, items, or words — and becomes a lasting visual tribute.
How It Works
1. Sharing the Memory
You’ll fill out a simple online form where you can share your story, memories, feelings, images, or meaningful items.
2. Matching with an Artist
We carefully select an artist whose style and spirit match what you shared. When helpful, we may also suggest a short personal conversation.
3. The Creation Process
The artist creates an original, visual work of art – translating memory into color, emotion, and form.
4. Respectful Presentation
At the end of the process, the artwork is delivered to you. In some cases, it may also be presented in a respectful public exhibition, always in consultation with the families.
Who Is It For?
Any family in Israel who has lost a loved one in a terror attack or during military service and wishes to commemorate their memory through a deeply personal and artistic process.
We’ll accompany you with care, step by step.
Participation Is Free of Charge
This project is fully subsidized.
You receive the artwork as a gift – offered with deep respect, heartfelt care, and a belief in the power of memory to heal and connect.
